Trainee Application Support Specialist (Chat and e-mail support)

  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Weekly Off’s: Mon to Sun rotational offs
  • Shift: Any Shift (Any shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM IST, rotational weekly offs)
  • Location: Cochin (preferred) or anywhere in Kerala
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month
  • Immediate Joiners Only

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers via chat to resolve queries effectively.
  • Triage inbound support tickets by categorizing and prioritizing them according to predefined requirements.
  • Manage and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 tickets; escalate Tier 3 issues to the specialist team.
  • Become a product expert, guiding customers with best practices and usage strategies.
  • Share creative ideas and insights to improve customer experience and drive support excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0 – 6 months of experience in customer support (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy mindset – comfortable learning and supporting software products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (7 days a week coverage with rotational offs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and can explain complex issues in a clear, simple way.
  • Strong customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Positive personality with a sense of humor that helps in customer interactions.
  • Available to start immediately.
