IT Sales Development Representative 

Job Description

The IT Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers in the IT industry, nurturing relationships, and promoting Electronikmedia's products and services. The role involves conducting market research, creating and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.  
    • Work Mode - Hybrid
    • Work Time - 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM

Role Description

  • Researching and identifying potential clients that match the company's target customer profile
  • Utilizing various tools and techniques to gather contact information for decision-makers within target companies
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Presenting the company's services and value proposition to potential clients
  • Qualifying leads based on their interest, authority, and budget
  • Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team to further discuss the company's offerings
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities using a CRM system
