Its technology environment supports critical business functions — adoption agreements, benefits modelling, fund tracking, payment processing, event management, and electronic document distribution. The platform spans both .NET and Java-based applications, serving internal staff and external member companies through a suite of interconnected internal tools covering member self-service, payroll and fund reporting, payroll auditing, and adoption agreement processing. Over time, the application portfolio had grown organically — resulting in fragmented legacy systems, inconsistent development practices, and manual processes that introduced operational risk. Managed repeatable annual update cycles for retirement and security adoption modelling tools — including surcharge reduction factor changes, adoption year rollover, salary and payroll audit return date updates, and worksheet revisions. Each cycle was delivered on-time, aligned with the regulatory calendar, and validated before production deployment.
Application Maintenance & Enhancement
Provided ongoing maintenance across the full application suite — fund statement corrections, payroll report modifications, portal site updates, document distribution enhancements, and benefits summary updates.
